History
Snowflake Ice was invented by Gao Wenwan in 1970, and then founded Xiangmei Foods in Kaohsiung, specializing in this new variety of ice that combines the taste of ice cream with the texture of ice cream. Because it tastes refreshing and soft, without the sweetness of ice cream, and it is not as icy as Kubing, it has become very famous in a short time.
