I personally think the appetizer and salad part are very intimate. In such a hot weather, the appetite is not very good, but the appetizer and salad are very refreshing. Made me have some appetite.
We all ordered the pottery stone fish. Personally, I thought the fish was very soft and tender, but the skin was a little dry, and it tasted dry. Overall, the main dishes were decent.
For the soup part, let’s talk about the seafood stew first. Personally, I think it tastes very light and has some flavors. The current dish is also suitable. In the thick soup part, the thickening will not be too heavy, and it does not feel like drinking batter, which is very good.
The desserts are cantaloupe ice cream puffs and Japanese fern cakes. I personally think that the bracken cakes are very crispy and the filling is very dense. For the puffs, the taste of the cantaloupe is very rich, and the ice cream inside is very cold. It’s a nice dessert.
